The stuffs are very kind and friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the room is beautiful and clean. This is a great hotel.

Okay stay for one night. Booked room with a window thinking would mean an external window - window faced internally to elevator so room felt dark.

The location was perfect to walk anywhere in Old Quarter and next to the lake. The breakfast was exceptional and had great variety...the french toast was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and they are highly professional and happy. The room was spacious and had the best amenities. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. The room and decor were stunning, and the overall ambiance was warm and inviting. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly welcoming and attentive—truly a highlight of our visit. Breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated how thoughtfully they accommodated my allergies. The location is perfect, making everything easily accessible. The thoughtful gifts at checkout were a wonderful surprise and added a special touch to our experience. We will definitely be returning to this charming property!

We had a great stay at the Meritel Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was spotlessly clean with stylish interiors and a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were fantastic, but a special mention goes to Alex and Linh who were especially helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable with a powerful shower and modern design. We also used the in-house spa which was amazing, definitely worth a visit. Breakfast each morning had a great selection and top-notch service. The hotel restaurant is also a great option if you're looking to have lunch or dinner, with delicious food and excellent service.
