Communication with the host when a concern popped up was excellent and they promptly responded and handled the situation. We really enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"Our family couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay in the waterfront cottage! It was nicely kept, clean, and cozy! We bought steak at a nearby grocery store and used the grill out in the balcony! It was very easy to use and the steak was cooked to perfection! I love how the whole place receives so much natural lighting and the place was very well maintained and decorated. The host was very kind and helpful front start to finish."

"We loved this space inside and out with our young kids (4,1,1). What a treat to have a fun beach, tide pools and great toys. Campfire was quite the treat for adults in the evening!"

"Small, but clean in a good neighborhood. Pet friendly, with a yard for running around. Property is a tri plex with 3 cottages sharing one yard. We did accidently park in the wrong spot on the first day and the long term tenant next door pounded on our door at 1am to get us to move. Other than that it was a great stay."
