Poor description of listing

Not happy with our stay. We originally were supposed to stay 3 days but had to shorten it to 2. We did so in the correct timeframe but was told 2 nights were the same price as 3 so we would not get any money back. When arriving our host took us to our apartment. She basically handed us our keys and that was it. She could not speak any English and there was no communication. we found the hot tub which was down the steps and around the front of the house in a little dark cubby area. It was way too cold to walk all the way out there after getting out of the water so we chose not to use it. The first morning we woke up we had no heat. It was freezing in our apartment all night. I sent her a message and she kept telling me it was working. Yet all of our heaters were cold. We never knew where the ping-pong table or laundry room was. Never spoke of homegrown produce? No hand soap in the bathroom for us to wash our hands. Bedroom with bunkbeds had no outlets and the other bedroom had one outlet. Would definitely not stay there again.

Tolle Lage und der Tipp Martelltal genial bei den tropischen Temp.

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeber und unser Hund hatte sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt... Cons: Es fehlen Haken in Küche und Bad....

Nettes Basecamp inmitten der Apelhaine

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr tierfreundlich. Netter Balkon, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Cons: Einrichtung ist wohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut funktionsfähig. Herd und Kühlschrank eher klein.

Es war einfach traumhaft schön- Erholung pur

Pros: Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne , ruhige Lage. Die Wohnungen sind gemütlich eingerichtet und super sauber und man hat so gut wie alles was man braucht vor Ort. Ein paar mehr Haken oder Aufhängmöglichkeiten wären noch super für Jacken und Taschen aufzuhängen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Unsere Tochter wurde sehr freundlich mit im Alltag mitgenommen und ihr wurde vieles vor Ort über die Apfelplantage erklärt und sie hatte richtig viel Spaß. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder hier her. Auch unser Vierbeiner war herzlich willkommen. Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit bei euch!

Pros: Moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung, Lage, nette Gespräche mit Gastgebern Cons: Die Geschirrausstattung könnte aufgestockt werden, so dass man für 4 Personen mehr Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser zur Verfügung hat.

Wir haben uns als Familie mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt!

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeber!!! Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und Carport fürs Auto! Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sind sehr schön, gemütlich mit viel Holz aber auch modern eingerichtet! Die Wohnung haben wir perfekt sauber vorgefunden! Der Whirlpool und die Aussicht sind fantastisch! Der kleine Ort Goldrain ist sehr schön mit schönem Teich und nettem Lokal zum einkehren! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
