The common areas (breakfast, pool, reception area) were great! Breakfast was included and delicious. The only complaint is that the bedroom and bathroom were a bit outdated. We enjoyed our stay!

A glorious resort and thermal spa in the charming town of Lacco Ameno, 10 minutes walk from the public beach and with several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff is wonderful, the thermal pools varied and very restorative and our room was large and comfortable. My only criticism would be our tiny tiny shower cubicle but otherwise our five days there were great.

Hotel was lovely with very friendly and helpful staff. Thermal baths on site were wonderful and ensure you don’t have to leave the property. If you do venture away from the hotel, you are already in the town of Lacco Ameno so restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. Recommend staying in a room in the main building if you require strong/reliable WiFi. Thanks to the property and staff for a wonderful visit.

So many pools!

Tons of heated pool options, and we loved using the Turkish Bath steam room. The restaurant on-site, O’Pignattello, was fabulous, and the service was outstanding. The front desk helped arrange a taxi very early in the morning for me. The room was comfortable, and it was very close to many shops and restaurants in the Lacco Ameno area. This was a more affordable hotel in the area, and it didn't seem like it was a budget pick. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Incredible hotel

Hotel Reginella was such a treat. The thermal spas were so relaxing and healing, such an amazing perk for the property. The staff were so kind, the room was so well decorated with a stunning view of the pools and mountain. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We had a lovely stay at this family friendly resort! So many great thermal pools to choose from, wonderful variety of food at breakfast & the staff was lovely too! We traveled with our 10month old baby and they were very accommodating! Would definitely go back. Everything walkable from hotel & they provide free shuttle service to the local beach.

Very relaxing and peaceful. Thermal pools are great. Breakfast is good and staff are very helpful. Lots of seating/sunbeds available inside and out. Never feels busy even in high season. A water station should be added in the gardens. The internet is also a bit patchy and not fast enough for a 4-star hotel. Some areas of the property need minor maintenance.

The gardens and various pools were wonderful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and obliging. The property was unbelievably clean. The breakfasts were repetitive- we only discovered by chance towards the end of our stay that you could order an omelet, for example. Ignacio, Pippi, Jada and Valentina were lovely! Some better explanation by management concerning breakfast and dinner would improve the stay. Perhaps a printed sheet in every room! On the whole, we enjoyed our stay and our room.

Good but expensive.

Hotel is a little older. The room was nice and it was clean. The staff did walk into our room multiple times during our stay and sometimes without knocking. They were replacing towels and such. The pools were beautiful however a ton of people were saving chairs but weren’t at the pools. That was a it frustrating. Overall a good place.

Good location

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The daily breakfast is nice, the restaurant for lunch was delightful (by the pool) and the restaurant for dinner was wonderful (out front of the hotel). The hours of the lunch place are limited. The staff could be more helpful - our friends were staying at the Mezzatorre and we spent a fair amount of time up there with them; the service up there is impeccable so made our hotel seem like service could be improved even a little. The demographic at the hotel is a little older or families. The pools are nice. The service of the rooms is great (replacement of towels, turn down service, etc). The location is great for walking to shops, a beach club or two, other restaurants.
