- This tastefully restored former industrial building welcomes you for a calm and relaxing stay 15 minutes from Figeac.
Invest in this place composed of 2 apartments located in the main building, you will occupy the Ambroise cottage.
Come and enjoy the garden, the terraces, the heated swimming pool, the bar and the jacuzzi (common outdoor areas with the second cottage).
Composition of the cottage: kitchen open to living room and dining room, WC.
Upstairs, with access from the outside, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, WC.
Authenticity, a stay in a picturesque setting for a stopover combining charm and countryside in the village of Lacapelle-Marival, you will have all the shops on foot (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, newsagent, pharmacy, bar, restaurants...)
The establishment is at the heart of cultural and sporting activities and the most beautiful villages in France.

You can discover the underground world of the Gouffre du Padirac and the prehistoric paintings of the caves of Pech Merle, or, a little further away, Lascaux.
