- This modern house, built on 3 levels, is situated on 1600 sqm natural grounds, with a wonderful relaxing view from the terrace, in the luxurious residential area 'Golf', adjacent to the fantastic golf terrain of Lacanau-Ocean.
From the hall, you get into the deeper living area with dining room, open fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, TV and fireplace. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom, a shower room and toilet.
Upstairs there is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom and toilet.
The house has a wonderful terrace with spectacular views on trees and greens. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are available.
Distances: ocean beach about 3 km, Lacanau center about 2 km.
