  • Villa in the shade of pine trees 5 minutes from the beach. Detached house for up to 4 people, with large garden in a quiet area. Ideal for a rejuvenating stay and for families looking for the great outdoors! Very close to the north beach and shops. On the edge of the forest and cycle paths, it is a perfect place for lovers of nature, the ocean and surfing!
    This pleasant, bright house is composed of:
    -a large living room with open fitted kitchen including a dining area for up to 4 people, a new equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, washing machine, coffee maker...) and a lounge area with usable wood stove (wood extra charge 30 euros).
    Tv with access to Canalsat programmes. High-speed Wi-Fi available.
    - 2 bedrooms. Both with double beds.
    - Mezzanine TV area
    - a bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub
    - a separate toilet
    - a private garden in the pines and private terrace with garden furniture, plancha, and children's hut

    Free parking in the street in front of the house.
