This lovely villa is located in a small quiet street in the Carreyre district, just 200 metres from Lake Lacanau. It offers an ideal setting for relaxing family holidays, in the heart of a privileged natural environment. Lacanau Océan is approximately 5 km away, as are the shops. WiFi connection is possible.

The house has a pleasant living room, fitted out with a table and chairs, a sideboard, a sofa, an armchair and a television, offering a friendly space to gather after a day at the lake or the ocean.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a sink, a gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, storage furniture as well as crockery and kitchen utensils, allowing meals to be prepared with complete autonomy.

The night space consists of three bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe with a hanging rail. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm and a storage cupboard. The third bedroom is fitted with a double bed of 140 cm.

The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and a bidet, and the toilet is separate.

Outside, the landscaped terrace with a garden lounge allows you to enjoy meals and moments of relaxation in the open air. The house also benefits from a large pantry, equipped with a washing machine and additional storage, which is very convenient for extended stays.

The enclosed garden of approximately 450 m² offers a beautiful outdoor space, ideal for children or for relaxing in complete peace after a day of water activities or walks around the lake.

Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; these services are offered as an option, rates upon request.
