Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor table and chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and charcoal grill.
2 parking spaces secured by an electric gate.

The villa is secured by EPS using the Homiris system, which includes 24/7 monitoring that guests can choose to access or not, as they prefer.
