A spacious and bright living area, including a lounge and dining room, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen.
3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which are upstairs. One double bedroom with a 160cm bed. On the first floor, one bedroom with a 140cm bed, and another bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm single bed. A modern shower room and 2 separate toilets.
A large veranda of approximately 25 m² opens onto the garden.
Outside, enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden bordering the woods, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet.
Quiet setting - close to Lake Moutchic.
Parking available on the property or in front of the house.
