Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 190 - 80 cm with 2 beds (90 cm). Terrace roofed, south-east facing position, large terrace, east facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (1). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 69. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted.
