Ein an sich schönes, großes Ferienhaus, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Lieblos eingerichtet; alte Plastikmöbel am Pool, verdreckter Backofen, unbrauchbarer Elektrogrill. Bei Ankunft standen uns die bestellte Bettwäsche und die Handtücher nicht zur Verfügung. Beides kam auch nach konkreter Nachfrage erst am nächsten Tag. Eine der Duschkabinen war defekt, die Glastür zerbrach in 1000 Scherben, als unser Sohn duschte (leichte Verletzungen). Es gab keine Entschuldigung von Estivel.

Sous alibi de Covid, pas d'accueil sur place ni d'état des lieux à l'arrivée et au départ. Accueil très sommaire à l'agence, peu ou pas d'explications. A l'arrivée, porte d'entrée usée par manque de peinture. Enclos de jardin en bois à terre, usé. Piscine non nettoyé, sable au fond et garni d'épines de pins. toutes les rembardes en bois des terrases avec du vert et de la mousse, transats, chaises extérieurs sales. Vaisselle en partie sale, traces au sol et SDB pas nets. Wifi cher et nul.

Das Haus wäre ganz ok, wenn es...

Das Haus wäre ganz ok, wenn es wo anders stehen würde aber leider hatten 6 Häuser und die Straße volle Einsicht auf unser Haus, Terasse und Pool gehabt. So das es man nicht von Privatsphäre sprechen konnte. Man saß rund um die Uhr auf dem Präsentierteller. ... Unsere Nachbarn haben laut am Pool Musik gehört ... Wenn man sich ruhig unterhalten hat konnte jeder alles hören. An der Rezeption schnippische junge Damen. Wir hätten gern ein anderes Haus gehabt aber das sei nicht möglich. Obwohl welche leer standen. Die Kaution beträgt € 600, ... Sie haben 4 Wochen Zeit sie zurück zu senden. Für was €600 wussten wir nicht wirklich das sehr viel kaputt war. Zum reparieren kam auch nach 4 maliger Aufforderung niemand. Die Möbel waren verfleckt und kaputt. Wir zahlten für 2 Wochen ca. €2170 das ist reichlich für das was man bekommt in der Hauptsaison kostet die Woche € 2.800,–. Ist es absolut nicht wert. Vorsichtig ... die Häuser sind sehr klein auch wenn sie für 10 Personen sind. Wir können es nicht weiter empfehlen!!!! Reisetipps: Toller Strand !

Schöne Unterkunft mit eigenem ...

Schöne Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool in schöner Umgebung. Schade war, dass das Grundstück im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr nicht umzäunt war, da wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Ansonsten hat alles gut geklappt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Reisetipps: Gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege. Es macht deshalb Sinn, ggf. eigene Fahrräder mitzubringen. Ausflug nach Bordeaux sehr empfehlenswert.

Möbel nicht im allerbesten Zustand, Couch komplett durchgesessen (sehr schlecht), Stühle defekt.Keine Garderobe, keine haken um was aufzuhängen (Küche, Bad), keine Auflagen für Gartenstühle und Liegen.Ansonsten zufrieden (Service, Sauberkeit)

Wie gesagt ...ein sehr schönes Haus ,ruhig gelegen.Man sieht kaum irgendwelche Nachbarn.Super der Pool vor dem Wohnzimmer.Leider ist das Haus sehr schlecht gepflegt und geputzt.Staubwolken kommen in den oberen Räumen entgegen...Die vorhandenen Putzutensilien sind sehr schmutzig ...Bäder verherend ,Küche schmuddelig und Betten muffeln vor sich hin.Schade ich komme nicht mehr.

Sejour agreable

Bien situé entre lac et ocean. Calme et lumineux. Fonctionnel. Par contre pas de piscine securisée et couchages pour 8 personnes. Passer 15j dans un clic clac c'est moyen pour le dos.
