Wir waren schon einmal dort, allerdings hat es sich sehr neg.verĂ€ndert.* Wir haben ein anderes Haus bekommen als gebucht! *vor Ort nicht Kompromissbereit gewesen * Der Standort der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe ist sehr schwierig mittlerweile zufinden, andere Urlauber suchten es genauso wie wir! Das Ganze dauerte ĂŒber eine Stunde bis wir dort waren. Definitiv eine vernĂŒnftige Wegbeschreibung mit entsprechender Anschrift wĂŒnschenswert. Achtung: Poolalarmanlage geht stĂ€ndig von alleine los TagsĂŒber- Nacht

Verdreckt, verbraucht

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wenn sie mich nicht angeschrieben hĂ€tten, wĂ€re ich auf sie zugekommen. Wir fahren seid circa 12 Jahren 2 mal pro Jahr in den Park Eden Club. Wir haben uns dort immer sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wir hatten auch hĂ€ufig GlĂŒck, dass wir das Haus Nummer 7 erhalten haben. Dies Haus ist renoviert, mit neuer KĂŒche.Leider war das bei Haus Nummer 2 nicht der Fall. Zudem kam, dass beide Außenleuchten abgeknickt waren, die SĂ€ulen voller GrĂŒnspan, der Holzboden eingedrĂŒckt, Pool grĂŒn.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Ferienhaus fĂŒr 4-6 Personen mit eigenem Pool, der durch hohe BĂ€ume jedoch großteils im Schatten liegt, so dass das Wasser sehr kalt ist. Wohnzimmer gerĂ€umig, jedoch KĂŒche sehr klein mit minimalistischer Ausstattung. Zwei BĂ€der und Toiletten vorhanden, welche den AnsprĂŒchen genĂŒgen. Die Terrasse erscheint insgesamt etwas abgewohnt, PlastikstĂŒhle, sowie Plastiktisch zum draußen sitzen eher ungemĂŒtlich. Insgesamt fĂŒr 4 Sterne fĂŒr uns etwas enttĂ€uschend; gerade die KĂŒche war nicht optimal sauber.

Obwohl das Anwesen so langsam in die Jahre kommt ist es dennoch fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub bestens geeignet. Einzig die fehlenden Betriebsanleitungen der GerĂ€te hat gestört.

Maison agrĂ©able mais mal entretenue, 3 chaises longues pour 6 et en plus 2 cassĂ©es, barbecue ? PlutĂŽt petit grill tout rouillĂ© hors d’usage !, piscine sale et surtout maison mal exposĂ©e quasiment Ă  l’ombre toute la journĂ©e. Vacances gĂąchĂ©e Ă  cause du voisinage, maison derriĂšre louĂ©e Ă  des jeunes qui font la fĂȘte toute la nuit et une bonne partie de la journĂ©e, cris, musique .... et centre Ă©questre Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la maison donc bruits, odeurs et mouches ! bref on loue une maison dans zone pavillonnaire Ă  un certain prix et on se retrouve ennuyĂ© comme si on Ă©tait en tente dans un camping. Déçus ....

Nicht ganz entsprechend

Das Haus war einigermassen sauber und in Ordnung eingerichtet aber nicht vollkommen eingezĂ€unt, mit Hunden die gerne zigeunern eine wahre Freude, nicht aber fĂŒr deren Halter. Der Pooleinstieg entsprach nicht dem Foto auf der PrĂ€sentation, wir hatten ein Pool mit Treppeneinstieg gewĂ€hlt und hatten eine Leiter. Der Garten war kaum gepflegt und das Pool wurde wĂ€hrend der zwei Wochen nur einmal gewartet, am zweitletzten Taf als es am Grund bereits gelb war.

Super sonniges Haus

WunschgemĂ€ĂŸ bekamen wir ein Haus in sonniger Lage. Kaum Baumschatten wie viele andere HĂ€user in der Anlage, wichtig, da Pool nicht geheizt ist. Die Villa ist großzĂŒgig gebaut, Möbel teils etwas abgenutzt. KĂŒchenausstattung wie Kochtöpfe und Pfannen einfachste QualitĂ€t. Wenig Stauraum in der KĂŒche. Wirrwarr an GlĂ€sern und Geschirr. Defekter Duschkopf wurde nach Reklamation sofort ausgetauscht. Guter Service. Pool und Garten wurden gut gepflegt. Insgesamt konnte man sich wohlfĂŒhlen.

Teuer und schmutzig

Schlechte Ausstattung (z.B. kein WLAN (kann teuer zugebucht werden (2GB / Tag ĂŒber Mobil-Stick), kein deutsches TV (entgegen der Anzeige)), sehr schmutziges Haus, Handtuchpaket besteht nur aus 2 HandtĂŒchern, BettwĂ€sche-Paket besteht nur aus 1 Bettlaken (fĂŒr die Matratze) und 1 Kopfkissenbezug (zudecken mit einer siffigen Wolldecke, ohne Bezug), Keinerlei Basics wie Salz/Pfeffer/SpĂŒlmschinentabs etc, einfach NIX. Die QualitĂ€t der Möbel (Betten) ist eine Katastrophe, Couch ebenso. Teppich und Couch fleckig, keine Auflagen fĂŒr die (leider kaputten) Sonnenliegen. Gesamteindruck ist vor allem wegen der (sehr!) mangelnden Sauberkeit schlecht, alles schade um's Geld !

Avec le beau temps, notre maison Ă©tait trĂšs bien situĂ©e, sans vis Ă  vis, toute proche de la forĂȘt, au calme, piscine agrĂ©able, La rĂ©gion est aussi sympa, vive le surf et aussi les balades Ă  cheval en forĂȘt. Nous espĂ©rons revenir 😎

TrĂšs belle villa, trĂšs confortable, bien Ă©quipĂ©e dans un bel environnement. Piscine et jardin trĂšs bien entretenus et trĂšs apprĂ©ciable pour ĂȘtre au calme .Seul reproche heure de mise Ă  disposition de la villa trop tardive avec un rendu trĂšs tĂŽt donc au final 1 journĂ©e Ă  dĂ©duire sur la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour
