Deep.cleaning in the room.and most especially the bathroom. The tub and the shower walls need to be scrub and disinfected thoroughly. We decided not to take a shower the next day. We use to love staying at Tiara when in Labuan. So shocked how the condition is with this hotel now. It pretty sad.

Generally all good, except for the WiFi - which was very intermittent... On/Off/On/Off/On/Off and I had 2 usernames and passwords. I was told it was a supplier issue, which given the WiFi works perfectly well in the reception/lobby area - doesn't strike me as true. I think the resort needs to up ...
