"I appreciated the thoughtfulness beind this property and its mindfulness of its environmental impact. The rooms are large enough, comfortable. Staff treat you with personality. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. They have a gym and even a large pool with fountains and a separate kiddie pool. It’s 5-star level of service and amenities."

"It was okay for one night at airport for the cost. The instructions to hotel did not match the airport signs, walked around for ages to find our way, in the end had to ask an airport employee. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities Room was tiny for two people, the garden room was basically overlooking the car park. It served a purpose of overnight stay for flight next morning. We just went out for the afternoon and checked out as early as we could."

"Our recent stay in May 2026 was not so pleasant. Here are the things which the hotel needs to work on: 1) the sofa bed was not a proper sofa bed. Its merely a sofa which they would cover it in the bedsheet 2) there was a cigarette smell from the toilet 3) the kids play area at the kids pool is not properly maintained. The ground is covered with slippery mould and algae which is very disgusting 4) the kids pool water is dirty and not visibly clear 5) for the kids night camp, they blasted the loudspeaker and placed it directly next to where the kids are seated. The hotel should make use of the space at the main lobby area/level1 to have more activities for families."
