"The shuttle service is quite restricted so check with the hotel before booking as I waited up to 2 hrs and no shuttle service also it’s quite difficult to find it as it’s not on the shuttle service area but in front of the departures entrance of terminal 1 and 2 The rest is fine I took a taxi and it’s was fine . The hotel is not far from the airport the bkfast is amazing huge amount of food and drinks."

"This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying overnight while traveling. The staff is delightful. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, clean and comfortably, as is the entire facility. The food is top notch, the pool and gym facilities are outstanding. I can say without hesitation, especially as a solo and female American traveling for the first time through Asia that I have been made incredibly comfortable, safe, and welcome. The hotel truly lives up to its name. If I could give more than five stars I would."
