"Hôtel très bien situé dans la cité de Carcassonne. Service voiturier très apprécié quand on arrive en voiture. Nous avons séjourné en famille à trois. La chambre comportait deux espaces de nuit distincts. Elle était propre mais mériterait d’être modernisée (moquette au sol et salle de bain un peu vétuste). De l’eau filtrée ou en bouteille aurait été plus appréciée que de l’eau du robinet dans une carafe.Le petit déjeuner est bon avec des produits variés. Le personnel est sympathique dans l’ensemble. "
