We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Fabiana was really helpful and really helped with even getting me to the airport. I am a wheelchair user and found the room spacious and perfect . The only issue I had was the lack of Aircon. It got warm in the room and this was when the temperature outside was 25 degrees... If it was the peak of summer, I would have struggled. But other than that, the hotel was perfect. 5 min walk/wheel to the main Grotto and church. Ideal location."

Some of the rooms didn’t prevent noise, hearing footsteps above, etc. Spa area was nice and well kept and a fun experience. We had a view of the river which was a highlight for sure. Overall it’s a convenient location for exploring all Lourdes have to offer at an affordable price."

There was enough provided for a week long stay and the location was excellent so I would recommend this hotel as great value for money."
