"House and the overall property was very good with excellent views. Had good clean linen and towels. It would have been good if they had left few Kitchen paper rolls and had a dish washer installed. The main problem we faced was that the Jacuzzi never worked for the whole two days that we were at the property. While the host (Alex) was very responsive and tried to get it to work, it never worked, this was a big let down. "

"While I gave this place 5 stars, note that this is a well maintained home - not a 400 / night resort. So based on expected accommodations, it was great in all respects - perhaps the most important aspect is about Eduardo and the fantastic service he provided. For a reasonable fee he picked us up at the airport & brought us to the home, helped with luggage, & gave all sorts of advice & assistance - w/o being intrusive in the slightest. He even took us to the food markets to get food for our stay and later gave us a tour of the city on our way to our next stop.About the accommodations, I stayed upstairs in a nice bedroom with a deck & view while my wife & girls stayed downstairs. Everything was very clean & worked fine. There were minor things, such as locating outlets which wasn’t obvious & how/where to hang your damp towel (I draped it over the glass door corner), plus other minor things. But really, the bedrooms and kitchen / dining area were fine and we were very comfortable there.The girls (and parents) played several of the games there - foosball, ping pong, and other games. Also, we went down to the river in Eduardo’s backyard every day we were there. The river/stream was similar to what you would see in the Smokey Mountains (ie, Chimney’s Picnic area). Unexpected surprise.If Eduardo put some toward a boardwalk down the muddy slope then the river would be a great attraction… but then he may have to raise prices. So perhaps best to leave things just as they are."
