Very beautiful stone house classified 4 *, ideally located on the cliffs of Labeaume and 500 m from the village, quiet, with a large private pool. The house has an area of 200 m2, it is composed on the ground floor of a modern kitchen and completely renovated this year, a pantry with a 2nd fridge, a washing machine, a dryer, a large living room- dining room with closed fireplace, a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, 1 children's bedroom with a 90x190 bed and a cot, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, a relaxation area with a large library and board games, a master suite with a 160x200 bed, a dressing room, a shower room, an independent WC and a large 3-bed 90x190 bedroom with TV.

The opening of the swimming pool is related to the weather (April-May) ...

Very touristy and charming place very close to the Pont d'Arc Cave and the Ardèche Gorges ...

"Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Mas d'Astrid en Ardèche ! Le mas est un lieu charmant, entouré de nature, parfait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Les hôtes étaient extrêmement accueillants et nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. La région est magnifique, avec de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et des paysages à couper le souffle. Le village environnant est plein de caractère et offre une belle sélection de restaurants et de boutiques locales. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité du lieu et la beauté naturelle des environs. Un grand merci au Mas d'Astrid pour ces vacances inoubliables ! Nous espérons revenir bientôt."

Ruime woning met fantastisch uitzicht op de Gorges de Labeaume

Zeer ruime en comfortabele woning. Vlakbij (enkele minuutjes stappen) het pittoreske dorpje Labeaume. Vanuit de eigen (ruime en fijne) tuin een magnifiek uitzicht op de rotswanden langs de rivier de Beaume. Vlotte communicatie met de eigenares. Zowel binnen als buiten tal van plekjes om aangenaam te vertoeven.

Un havre de paix !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est bien équipée et la vue est superbe. La propriétaire nous a bien accueilli et nous avons eu des petites douceurs de la région. Le village de Labeaume est magnifique, il devrait être classé l'un des plus beaux villages de France et il est accessible à pied. Un havre de paix pour se ressourcer♥️

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus. Das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten. Alles ist super sauber da von der Eigentümerin selbst gereinigt, der Empfang war perfekt organisiert und sehr herzlich. gleichermaßen das Auschecken. Alles so und noch viel schöner als in der Beschreibung angegeben und den Bildern gezeigt.

Le paradis sur terre

Tout a été parfait : les échanges en amont du voyage, la prise de la location plus tôt que prevu, la gentillesse de notre hôte, les petites attentions qui nous étaient reservées... et la maison : le rêve !! Nous sommes habitués à de très.jolis endroits et nous vivons nous même dans une vaste maison avec piscine donc il faut pouvoir subir la comparaison... et la maison relève haut la main le défit : spacieuse, les chambres sont immenses, les equipements de qualité. Le cadre est juste idyllique : très grand terrain sans vis à vis piscine de grande taille : l'impression d'être seuls au monde La maison s'intègre parfaitement dans ce paysage de rêve et le tout à 700m à pied du centre du village Bref rien à dire si ce n'est A FAIRE ABSOLUMENT

On ne devrait pas le dire !

La maison d’Astrid fait partie de ces endroits dont on devrait garder l’adresse secrète, rien que pour nous ! La maison est grande, bien agencée, très agréable à vivre et d’une propreté impeccable. L’environnement et la vue sur les gorges de la rivière sont superbes. C’est la deuxième fois que nous nous y rendons et il est certain que l’on y retournera.

Mooi groot huis met zwembad dichtbij Labeaume

Het is een erg mooi huis met een heerlijk zwembad. Ik vond het leuk dat het dorp zo dichtbij lag, en ik elke morgen lopend brood kon gaan halen. Alleen de schoonmaakkosten vond ik aan de hoge kant.

Une très belle location, très bien située avec tout le confort nécessaire et la piscine est parfaite, grande et bien exposée. Le descriptif de la location est fidèle. A noter, un très bon accueil des propriétaires agrémenté d'attentions appréciables tels que des spécialités de la région (vin, charcuterie...). Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Emplacement excellent et maison très agréable !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Terrasse et extérieurs particulièrement agréables. Pas d'accès direct à la rivière (en bout de terrain), mais les possibilités d'accès à pied ou en voiture sont nombreuses. Propriétaires très accueillants et tout à fait à l'écoute. Le plus : possibilité d'accéder au village de Labeaume en 5 minutes à pied par les "calades" (retour un peu fatiguant car cela grimpe !)
