"BW was great for the price, and it's on one of the main roads, so other stores/restaurants are close by. Good location. I'd go back again when in the area"

"Checkin was as simple as it gets and no surprises. Room keys worked, room was clean, ready for occupants. Lights all worked, HVAC holding temp as desired, and bathroom clean and well supplied. Hotel staff was very polite mannered and wearing clean clothes. Breakfast was ready on time and looked very good. Would visit there again and I will check out other Tru by Hilton wherever I travel. Best No-frills Hotel I've been in a long time. Very comfortable and clean."

"Immediately had to ask for new pillows and washcloths because they were stained. And I mean nasty. Nothing was clean. Sink didn’t work. AC didnt work (HOT AS HECK). Breakfast closed before 9am and housekeeping knocking on your door before 9am too. One elevator that sounded like it was about to snap. Don’t stay here. Please."

"Chose this place because it reminded me of the old hotels we used to stay at as a child easy in and out access to the location we needed was the only good thing about this day other than it was quiet, cause they weren’t busy breakfast was horrible scrambled eggs with corn and peas in them for someone that has diverticulitis that cannot consume corn was uncalled for sausage was undercooked look like they just been rolled in hot water and put out went to get yogurt had expired April 28. This was May 16 that we were there informed the clerk well I don’t know what happened. No apologies. Nothing the cost of having to drive somewhere else for breakfast is not worth staying there ever again."
