Logement très agréable

J'ai passé une semaine fin août dans le logement. Il'estbtres bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, vaisselles, ustensiles de cuisine ...) L'accueil par les Graft était parfaite malgré la barrière de la langue et l'heure tardive . La.literie est confortable.. L'emplacement est très calmeJ'ai'passe un très bonnsejour

Alles was man zum Wohnen braucht

Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Küche und Bad mit Vollausstattung (ich habe nichts vermisst!), gute Federkern-Matratze. Zum Übernachten sowie ab und zu mal eine Kleinigkeit kochen bestens geeignet. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem reinen Wohngebiet auf einem Steilfelsen an der Küste und ist nur über eine Straße zu erreichen. Ich war mal zu Fuß in Santa Úrsula einkaufen, das waren dann 10 km auf dem Schrittzähler. Dafür ist es herrlich ruhig; ein krähender Hahn vom Nachbars-Bauernhof und bellende Hunde in den Grundstücken gehören für mich zur ortsüblichen Geräuschkulisse.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Sowohl der Kontakt mit Familie Geibel via Mail als auch mit Familie Graf vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Wir haben viele tolle Tipps und ein sehr herzliches Willkommen samt Geschenken erhalten. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei der Küche wurde an alles gedacht. Das Bad ist groß mit toller Dusche. Spülmaschine, großer TV und Glasfaser Internet waren auch fantastisch. Es ist sehr ruhig iund die Nachbarschaft wirkt sehr ordentlich. Ein Mietwagen ist aus unserer Sicht erforderlich. Dann ist man in knapp 10 Minuten in Puerto oder in jedem größeren Supermarkt. Großes Lob auch für die gewissenhafte Reinigung der Wohnung. Wir hoffen, das wir zeitnah wiederkommen können. Danke für alles und viele Grüße

Sehr angenehm

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vorab schon sehr nett. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war super. Einziges Manko ist die mangelnde Belüftungsmöglichkeit im Schlafbereich. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und wir wären im Februar gerne wiedergekommen. Leider ist die Wohnung da schon gebucht. Beim nächsten Mal dann :)

Toller Urlaub

10 Tage vor Anreise haben wir diese Unterkunft gebucht und wir hatten großes Glück, dass sie noch verfügbar war! Die Casita war liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was wir für den Alltag gebraucht haben und sogar einiges darüberhinaus. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wegbeschreibung und der Check-In waren super und wie beschrieben. Die vorherigen Informationen haben wir per Mail erhalten. Wir haben fantastische 14 Tage dort verbringen können und diese Ruhe war das Beste! Durch Horst und Maria konnten wir tolle Insider-Spots besuchen. Auch die Abende mit den beiden waren perfekt. 5 Sterne für diese tolle Unterkunft!

Prima verblijf en zeer compleet

Mooi ingericht appartement met veel zorg voor de gasten. Bij aankomst was wat fruit, een flesje wijn en een aantal liter drinkwater aanwezig. Wel zou (voor mij) wat meer privacy prettig zijn door middel een scherm op het terras. Maar verder zeker een aanrader.

Freude und Leid am Teide

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und entsprach von der Ausstattung her unseren Erwartungen. Spitze ist die WLAN-Qualität (Glasfaseranschluss). Das Meer ist eigentlich nicht zu sehen, den Teide sieht man bei passendem Wetter von der Dachterasse aus. Die ganze Wohngegend macht einen sehr "verschlossenen" Eindruck - vergitterte Fenster und hohe Mauern. Wir mußten aber während unseres Aufenthaltes auf Teneriffa feststellen, dass diese Maßnahmen notwendig sind. Teneriffa als Insel hat eindeutig ein Diebstahlsproblem. Organisierte Banden sind unterwegs. Wir persönlich sind auch davon betroffen gewesen - Einbruch bei einem nur Minuten dauernden Aufenthalt auf einem belebten Parkplatz am Teide in unseren verschlossenen Pkw (Diebstahl der Rucksäcke). Ohne sichtbare Einbruchsspuren, offensichtlich durch elektronisches Kopieren des Schlüsselcodes beim Verschließen des Mietwagens. Die auf dem Anwesen der Mietwohnung lebende Familie Graf hat uns nett empfangen und mehrmals sehr hilfsbereit unterstützt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür. Trotz der dem Diebstahl folgenden organisatorischen Probleme hatten wir einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub.

Wundervolle Casita La Palmita

Liebe Gastgeber, herzlichen Dank, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt auf Teneriffa in dieser schöne Casita verbringen durfte. Ich habe mich dort sehr Wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Besonders ist die Terrasse auf dem Dach wo man den Berg und ein Stück vom Ozean sehen kann. Mein Dank gilt auch Maria und Horst, die für mich da waren, wenn ich sie brauchte. Es war alles perfekt. La Casita in La Palmita

Perfekt. Noch günstiger wäre geschenkt. Die Gastgeber/Hausmeister Maria & Horst sind für ihr Alter gut drauf und nett. Abgelegen vom Massentourismus der ideale Ort um Ruhe+Sonne zu tanken. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte ein Auto mieten. Wenn die Welt nicht untergeht (Ukraine...) und die ~50m2-Wohnung frei sein sollte komme ich gerne wieder. Alles da (selbst ein Bügelbrett!)- es fehlt nur eine Geschirrspülmaschine ;) .... Nein. Es fehlt nix.

Prima Casita, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Lage super in der Nähe der TF5. Man wohnt bei Familie Graf auf dem Grundstück. Maria und Horst sind sehr nett und man hält ein Schwätzchen, wenn man sich sieht. Würde gerne wiederkommen. Bernd aus Ludwigshafen im November 2021

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung , zentral gelegen auf der Nortseite Teneriffas.

Habe meine 8 Nächte sehr genossen. Maria und Horst sind vor Ort immer ansprechbar. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, man ist schnell auf der Autobahn und kommt in alle Richtungen. Parken kann man direkt am Grundstück. In Santa Ursula sind einige Restaurants wo man Essen kann. Rundum kann ich diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Gerne wieder Lars

Wohlfühlfaktor

Ich müsste zu lange nachdenken um irgendetwas ins Negative zu ziehen, deswegen denke ich nicht darüber nach und beglückwünsche stattdessen alle Urlauber die sich diese Ferienwohnung aussuchen.

Si no hablas alemán, no parece que seas bienvenido en esta casa.

We are very unhappy with your house. Regarding what they promise on the website: 1.- There is no internet, because the connection does not work. We have had to use the wifi connection of our mobile phones all the time to be able to send emails. 2.- The television, incomprehensibly it is only in German language, that is to say: There is no Tv. for us, unless we pay 25 euros to configure it in Spanish. 3.- The house has no number outside the street. We were told in the email instructions that the house number is XXXXX n°XX, and since we did not have it, we had to walk around several times until we could find it. 4.- In the house there are no panoramic views that are published on the web. COMFORT: 1.- The bedroom does not have an exterior window, so the heat at night has been unbearable, since it does not have air conditioning. 2.- There are no protection measures for the covid-19. 3.- Although there is a car ramp in the house, we were not allowed to use it to unload the suitcases, and we had to take them down some stairs. Thank you very much for this facility!! We haven't drunk the bottle of wine. We would have preferred that what they promise on the website be fulfilled.
