Good Neighbor Policy: This home uses smart home technology to monitor decibel and device levels (privacy compliant) to ensure quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM) are respected.

Policy: No smoking, and the primary renter must be 21 or older.

This home has security cameras. There are 3 cameras and a Ring Doorbell. One faces the driveway and the other two can see the sides of the house. No cameras are in the backyard/hottub area.
