ZC4 Pet Friendly Home Near Zion

A pet-friendly two bedroom, two bath home with full kitchen, makes this an ideal place to set up headquarters for your tour of the National Parks located here in Utah.

This modest 1,000 sq. ft. pet-friendly home has everything you need with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and space to sleep 6.
Each bedroom has a king bed as well as a single daybed and an on-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and a variety of small appliances. 

The unit is also equipped with a propane BBQ, washer and dryer, A/C and Heater, Wi-Fi and a Roku TV- so be sure to bring your logins with you!  We also have an antenna that gives you about 18 local channels.

The backyard is fully fenced, however, pets may not be left unattended.

Guests have access to the entire property, washer and dryer, barbecue, our cottonwood grove and other amenities found in the back portion of our project.

Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by.

La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away.

You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking.

Check-in instructions are sent via email and text two weeks before arrival.

CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 11 a.m. Mountain Time
NO early check-in or late check-out.
ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING. SMOKING IS ALLOWED 25 FT FROM BUILDINGS. SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE.

Wonderful location for everything we wanted to do in the area from the national parks to the countless 4wheeling trails. The house was perfect with a comfortable bed, decent internet to support my work needs, and a fenced backyard for the dogs to run around. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family of 6 and dogs!

We were absolutely thrilled with this place! Super clean and great backyard area for our dogs. We had our four kiddos in one room and me and my husband in the other. The beds are very comfortable and I slept so good. Love the full kitchen. It’s right around the corner from a grocery store and gas station and less than 30 minutes from Zion National Park. I highly recommend. Couldn’t be more please,

This is the perfect place for a quick stay. It is close to lots of activities. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We really appreciated being able to take our dog. We also appreciated having more space than just a hotel room and the price was nice.

I have normally rented the bunkhouses, but opted for the ZC4 cottage this trip. With two guests, each had a large, comfortable bedroom with separate bathrooms! The kitchen and living space exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect for easy accessibility to Zion National Park as well as local needs (i.e. groceries, restaurants, etc...). Zion's Camp and Cottages will ALWAYS be my go to for lodging when in the area! The team is always easily accessible with any questions I have had. They go above and beyond to care for their guests!

Awesome in La Verkin

This was probably the nicest places with have stayed booking through Vrbo. It was the perfect place place for us humans and our dogs with our own fenced yard. Near great places to eat in Hurricane and La Verkin and was a good base for our trips into Zion, Bryce and Best Friends Sanctuary in Kanab. Would definitely be happy to go back to this location.

We enjoyed walking our dog around the area. The grocery store is close also. I had missed the email with the door code, but I was able to call the team and get the code right when we got there.
