Sunny spacious studio

We loved our stay here. The studio was spacious with lots of windows and natural light. It was quiet here both day and night. Zion National Park was close by where we spent several days hiking. The host was very accommodating and took care of any requests that we had. Overall a great place to come and relax!

Nice quiet area very close to many parks and outdoor activities. HUGE living space with everything you need. Owners in the property were very quiet and to themselves. Though we did manage to run into them. And as a parting gift, they have us zucchinis the size of my lower leg, right from their garden. They were spectacular! Will definitely pick this home again.

Relaxing Stay - Great Hosts

We so enjoyed our stay in La Verkin. Jan and Leland were such nice hosts. The studio was perfect. The weather was great so we hiked nearly every day. We came home and relaxed in the the evenings. Would highly recommend!!

Just 20 minutes from zion. Great place to come back to and relax after a long day of hiking. Having the option to cook for yourself is great and certainly saves a lit of $$.

Perfect!

First time in Utah visiting Zion National Park with my son. Had no clue about area and where to stay but got lucky. This studio was perfect for us and our host was very warm and welcoming. It was clean and has everything you could need. I will stay here again when I visit with my husband.

Lovely place and Clean

Visiting Zion National park for the first time and found this place to stay. It is about a 30min drive, you do not feel it because of the beautiful scenery all around. I have stayed in many rentals for vacations and trips and this one is a top place for being clean. The bed covers smelled so good! Kudos to you guys. The property owners were attentive and helpful.

Janet was a great host, the space was huge! Plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Place was clean. Jan was there for help when we needed her. Only small complaint was slow WiFi in the evening which could be beyond Jana control. Other than that great stay!

Loving LaVerkin

The apartment was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The unit had many windows that allowed for sunshine all day. The patio was perfect for sunning and taking in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood, cows, birds. Roosters and mountains! The hosts were lovely and told us about the area and answered any questions we had! We loved that LaVerkin was a short tour from Xion because we didn't have to deal with crowds. Also there are wonderful little, affordable restaurants (Lupitas) nearby. Thanks to the hosts and hope to be back soon!

Loved this place! Spacious, clean and comfortable, exactly as described. It was nice having two separate sinks in the bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet. Wonderful, convenient to Zion, plenty of room vs tiny hotel rooms, grocery store close by, fabulous two-person shower, all the needed cookware and blender, and priced comparably to lesser priced hotel room. We loved working on the puzzle of Glen Canyon!
