Beautiful home near Zion!

This newly renovated home was a wonderful getaway for our family when we visited Zion National Park. Everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay was available and it was just a short, scenic drive away from Zion. Tyler was wonderful to work with and made our vacation easy and relaxing.

Short extended weekend stay

This was our first experience with VRBO. We loved that the place matched the listing and the photos. We loved the ease of checking in, the owner was good at communicating with us before and during our stay. Even was able to allow us to check in early which was good for us. Please was very well kept and clean. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place in this area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood and home are a little dated, but we didn’t mind as the location is so convenient to Zion and we had everything we needed. The owner was great to communicate with! Thanks for a lovely stay.

The BEST place to stay in La Verkin

We had a wonderful stay at this property for 8 nights. The house is spotless and HUGE! 4 bedrooms for just the 2 of us! Lol.We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is our favorite.Just need to check in and everything is there for you. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house is very clean.The neighborhood is very QUIET and this one is in a very upscale area. Tyler is excellent in communicating with us before and during our stay. Thanks, Tyler. We will be back!

Great Location to Zion and Comfortable to Relax In

We had a small group of students for a project at Zion National Park. We needed a comfortable stay that was also within our grant budget. This fit the bill and then some. Not only were the two homes we rented comfortable, it had all the amenities we needed too. The beds were comfortable and that's what I needed after a long day of work. We know we'll be back for future projects and plan to stay there again. It was perfect for a home away from home.

Easy access to Zion’s and St. George

Enjoyed our time there. Comfy beds, great place to stay. But carpet needs to be replaced—so stained. Ironically there is a “please remove shoes” sign by the front door but the carpet is so gross I wouldn’t walk bare feet on it. But it’s a fine place to chill after a long day of hiking or mountain biking. Comfortable, nice tv, showers, plenty of space for our party of 7.

Very spacious house and yard. Plenty of room. Newly remodeled with more to be done according to the owner. Tyler is excellent with taking care of his properties and responding quickly to any changes ncerns. This is the 4th time we’ve used one of his properties. We plan to be back. Couple suggestions would be ice cube trays. Additional end table and another sofa with it being a 4 bedroom. It was sufficient for 4 people but more would be helpful to have more seating

Nice home near Zion park

This 4 bedroom ranch home worked well for our family visit to southern Utah. The location is a half hour from Springdale and is easy to find. There is a grocery close by which does sell beer. If you need more than beer, you'll apparently have to go to Hurricane. House is clean, well laid-out, and comfortable. TVs, grill, appliances, washer/dryer, garage door all worked fine. There were a few minor things that needed attention which the host will hopefully address. One ceiling/light didn't work. A chair and towel rack needed repair. Non-stick pans were worn out. Showers had shampoo and conditioner, but no soap or body wash. The standard check-in, check-out messages from the host were good. But I didn't get answers or acknowledgement of messages sent TO the host through VRBO. If you need something, you will probably need to call him.
