Mountain Views Near Zion - Wifi - Self Checkin/Out - Outdoor Fire Pit & Grill

  • Layout - The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room connected so you can snack in the kitchen, eat at the dining table/kitchen bar, or sit on the couch watching TV and all be in the same space. Perfect for family enjoying each others company on vacation. There's also 3 large windows so you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views from inside the home as well.

    Washer and Dryer - Next to the master bedroom is the laundry room. Some laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also provided free for your convenience.

    Barbecue Grill - On the back patio is a natural gas grill which is for your use. Grill utensils are in the kitchen in one of the drawers. If you use the grill, please leave it clean.

    Fire Pit - There is a natural gas fire pit in the backyard under the awning. Enjoy the comfortable patio furniture (seating for 8) around the fire. Enjoy the scenic mountain views, and beautiful view of the sunset.

    Backyard Patio - We have seating for 8 around the fire pit, seating for 4 around a patio table to enjoy breakfast, and two bench swings.

    For your entertainment - There is a 65” TV in the living room and a 49” TV in the King bedroom. Each has a Blu-ray/DVD player.

    Playground - The neighborhood playground is just next door, perfect for little ones to get their wiggles out. There's also a Basketball hoop at the park as well.

    Driving Distance - Our home is about 25 mins from Zion (Scenic Drive), 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon, and 2.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon. Our home is a great home base for visiting all three.

The home was exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed. The views from the kitchen, family room, and patio were beautiful. Very convenient location to Zion national park. Tyler was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Amazing house with a beautiful view

We loved this house, it was very clean, beautifully set up, and well stocked. The view from the back patio was incredible and the firepit was the icing on the cake!

Incredible mountain views in the backyard. House was clean and the tile/carpet combo was very comfortable. The best thing was the easy location to Zion National Park, which was why we were there...easy drive. Tyler was a good host.

Great place for family get together

Place was just as pictured. Home is in a great location for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. We had family get together and spent days in the parks and evenings at this home. Throughly enjoyed stay. View from backyard and fire pit was wonderful.

Great house for friends
