Waterfront apartment... 7km from Guérande and 15km from La Baule, the Ecume de Mer apartment is located on the first floor of a large house, facing the sea (Bretons Beach). Private parking is available in the courtyard (unfenced). A 3 m² south-facing balcony offers direct sea views.
1st level: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.
2nd level: 1 attic bedroom (queen-size bed) and shower room/toilet.
Additional amenities: tumble dryer, stereo system, baby crib and booster seat.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, bed linens, towels, and tourist tax.
Non-smoking apartment.
