- On the ground floor: Living room / stay, a kitchen opened on the room of life, a room with a bed 140 * 190 and a room of privatory water, separated TOILET and a garage.
- On the floor: two rooms, one with a bed 140 * 190 the other two beds of 90 * 190, a room of water with 2nd WC and a mezzanine space television and balcony.
- Terraces, at the back, on one side and at the Advent, allowing to take the meals.
- two parking spaces including one in the enclosed landscaped garden.
