Ideally located, this cottage offers the standard comfort in 52 m2!

The house has a downstairs living / dining room with openned kitchen, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a toilet. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with a double bed and two small rooms with a single bed each. Possible to bring your mattress on the floor. A bathroom completes the stair.
A sofa bed is also available in the lounge.
Not heated, this house offers however an auxiliary heating.

Outside, a garden behind the house can possibly pitch a tent and front terrace.

Private treehouse near the beach

Heavenly stay on the big private deck. The climb to this home surrounded by pine trees all worth it! Emilie welcomed us in a professional and very friendly way, a beautiful start of our stay. The house has a beautiful big living with open kitchen and a lot of light comes in! We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

Emplacement très bien près de la plage à pied ce qui est top, il manque cependant un peu de confort (canapé et literie agréable, meubles plus modernes, etc) pour mériter 5 étoiles. Nous étions en début de saison et avons un peu essuyé les plâtres :) mais sinon les propriétaires sont très à l’écoute et disponibles.

Location au calme et en lisière de forêt.

Le calme, la proximité de la mer et une grande terrasse bien exposée sont les atouts majeurs de cette location. Nous n’avons pas eu à faire aux propriétaires, mais à un service location plutôt réactif et très accueillant. 2 points noirs cependant, très peu de wifi et de réseau téléphonique dû à la localisation et à la saturation des réseaux très sollicités l’été (et surtout qu’il n’y avait pas de télé dans le logement comme prévu). Attention à la dimension des pièces de nuit, l’annonce parle de « 2 chambrettes à l’étage » le terme est juste et elles correspondent pour chacune a des surface de 6 m2 pas plus… mais celle du rdc annoncée comme une chambre est guère plus grande… donc claustrophobes s’abstenir surtout si comme l’annonce le précise on peut être deux par chambre. Une vraie chambre quand même se situe également à l’étage. Sinon le logement est très bien équipé et bien agencé pour la pièce de vie et la cuisine. Stationnement proposé : 1 place de parking uniquement sinon c’est payant à proximité. Pour résumer le logement et sa terrasse dont vraiment fonctionnels et en très bon état. Le séjour a été de tout repos et très agréable avec de belles plages à 300 mètres seulement

Ein absoluter Traum

Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir haben es uns nicht so schön vorgestellt, wie es tatsächlich war. Die Nähe zum Meer, die wunderschöne Terrasse, die gemütlichen Schlafzimmer und die durchweg gute Ausstattung machen den Aufenthalt zu einem rundum entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Kleines, aber feines Ferienhaus direkt am Strand

Klein, aber fein! Das Haus am Ende der Siedlung punktet mit seiner Lage. Ein kleiner Fußweg hinterm Haus führt direkt über die Düne zum Strand La Terrier. Das Haus bietet alles was man so braucht für einen Strandurlaub. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend und die große, meist schattige Holzterrasse liegt wunderbar am Pinienwald. Gut, nach Strand und Surfen ist die einfache aber praktische Gartendusche. Wir haben den fest installierten Grill genutzt, die Küchenausssattung war völlig ausreichend. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht zum Laufen bekommen, war aber auch nicht wichtig. Der eigene Stellplatz war großartig, da alle Parkplätze am Strand gebührenpflichtig sind. Allerdings muss man mit einem großen Auto gut einparken können. Wenn wir etwas vermisst haben, dann dass wir kein WLAN hatten. Wir hatten mit Abstand die schönsten zwei Wochen Urlaub seit langem und würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen. Vielen Dank ! Und falls das Haus zum Verkauf stünde, auch über unseren möglichen Alterssitz nachdenken :-)

Schönes Haus in Strandnah mit toller Terrasse

Das Haus liegt in bester Lage in La Terrière fußläufig zum Strand. Das beste ist die schöne Terrasse unter Pinien, so dass man den ganzen Tag über etwas Schatten hat. So kann man es auch bei hohen Temperaturen gut aushalten. Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet, Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Séjour calme et reposant. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Passer ses journées avec le cuicui des oiseaux a été très apprécié. L'accessibilité de la plage à pied par la forêt est véritablement le must de cette location. Petit bémol, pas facile de garer sa voiture

Une semaine parfaite !

Nous avons passé une semaine juste parfaite dans cette petite maison toute proche d’une magnifique plage ! Maison très fonctionnelle, très propre et très bien située (un ptit chemin dans la pinède et hop la plage !!). Sans oublier de parler de cette grande terrasse, tellement agréable... Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Ideale Lage, 100 Meter vom Strand. Großartige Terrasse. Sehr guter Zustand.

Das ausreichend große Haus liegt in 100 Meter Entfernung vom Strand direkt im Pinienwald. Man geht durch diesen direkt zum Strand. Die wirklich große Terrasse liegt nachmittags schon angenehm im Schatten der Pinien. Die Küche ist neu und hat sogar einen Induktionsherd. Das Bad unten ist ebenfalls neu renoviert, insgesamt ist das Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Doppelbett lang genug und mit guter Matratze. Der Kontakt und die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin waren tadellos. Für einen Urlaub in La Tranche sue Mer sehr zu empfehlen.

Kleines Haus im Grünen

Das Haus hat eine sehr moderne, gut ausgestattete Küche. Was uns gefehlt hat waren Stühle innen, es gibt nur Holzhocker. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft, man hört das Meer und die Bäume rauschen. In ein paar Minuten ist man am Strand und kann sogar noch ein Stück durch den Wald im Schatten gehen. Es hat uns zu zweit mit kleinem Hund sehr gut gefallen

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit kleinem Manko

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Einzigstes Manko war, dass erst nach Buchung und Anzahlung die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Endreinigung erwähnt wurden.

Sehr gemütliches Haus

Hallo, für Leute die gern am Strand sind, kann ich das Haus nur empfehlen. Man hört auf der Terrasse das Rauschen des Meeres. Das Haus wurde renoviert und mit neuer Küche ausgestattet. Ist nicht sehr groß aber gemütlich.
