The villa, rated 4 stars by the Bassin d'Arcachon Tourist Office, is located in a residential area of La Teste-de-Buch and offers ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 130 m² property includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a television. A baby bed and a high chair are also available.



You have access to a private outdoor area with a heated pool (heated only during cooler periods) secured by a roller shutter, 8 sun loungers, and a garden. Several terraces surround the house, as well as a pétanque court with boules provided.



This detached house is located in a residence next to a forest, ideal for morning walks. The beach and the coastal path are within a 5-minute walk, and many shops as well as an amusement park are nearby. The Dune of Pilat is only 10 minutes away, and bike rental is possible in the area.



One parking space is available on the property and another in a garage. Pets, events, and smoking indoors are not allowed. The beds will be made and bath towels provided upon your arrival. A safety cover protects the pool; access to the technical room is prohibited. Parties are not allowed.

Super accomodation

We enjoyed this beautifull and charming house. Very new and modern design and all equient was there! Lovely swimmingpool, garden and different teracces. Few shops and restaurant in the neighbourghood. By bike la Teste, beach and Arcachon easy reachable. We really recommand this holiday house!

Séjour agreable en famille.

Nous avons logé une semaine complète, 2 couples (4 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 ado). La maison est parfaitement equipé, aussi bien en interieur, qu'en exterieur. La maison est au calme et la localisation est parfaite pour les activités et commodités. Un plus pour la piscine équipée d'une pompe a chaleur ce qui permet d'en profiter meme les jours couverts. Seul bémol, l'accès aux 2 chambres en sous-sol est perfectible ; la cage d'escalier type "cave de grand-mere" et le passage par le garage pour aller se coucher n'est pas des plus agreables.
