The house consists of a ground floor + a floor, and the possibility of accommodating 8 people. The house is 155 M² on a plot of 800 M² in a quiet area.
Proximity for the practice of water sports, climbing the Dune of Pilat, cycling in the forest, zoo, amusement parks, hikes by the basin, boat navigation.
The house is fully equipped, and equipped with 2 mobile air conditioning units.

Bordeaux airport is 45 minutes away by car.

Restaurants and shops are at your disposal in the centre and near the village (hairdresser, beautician, pizzeria, caterer....)

- Lake beaches: 2 km (20 minutes walk). (Ideal for young children who don't have to fear the power and freshness of the waves.)
- canal: 700 metres 4 min walk (the possibility of starting the canoe trip). With a small park to walk your dog if necessary. We provide a 3-seater canoe with its accessories free of charge.
- 200 metres from the bus station (line H - La Teste-de-Buch station)
- forest: 15 minutes on foot
- "Petit Nice" ocean beach: 15 minutes by car (there are also cycle paths to access it)
