"The friendly and kind service from Carlos and Luz Miriam was incredible, those guys are the best assets of the hotel. The (Balsora) team looked after my family and I beyond our expectations. Truly hospitable people. The hotel is located in a stunning traditional farm with all the amenities and services of a 5 stars boutique hotel. Huge thank you to all of Balsora team members and specially to Carlos and Luz Miriam. Well done! Definitely recommend and definitely coming back "

"A little annoyed that we can't get two room keys, but a non-working door key still worked in the room power switch, so good enough. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is nice, the restaurant food is very good and reasonably priced, the property has a sauna, steam room, treadmill, stationary bike, pool...would be nice to have a hot tub/jacuzzi, but otherwise great. Very close to the airport, so good for early morning flights...beyond that, not very convenient to the town or much else."

"Very beautiful place that is well located if you are doing turístic activities around the area. The Hacienda itself has a great tour called journey of coffee that shows how an ecological coffee farm is organized and ran. It takes about 3 hours. We enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. If it weren’t because of the main road that runs about a mile from the property, you would hear only the birds, which sign all day long. Around the...
