Country house of the year 1585, restored, located in a small village of 80 inhabitants, 10 minutes by car from towns such as Torroella de Montgri, L'Escala, l'Estartit, La Bisbal d'Empordà, Pals and the beaches of Empurias , L'Escala, the Motngó, l'Estatit, ... Also 15 minutes away are the main train stations such as Figueres (AVE) or Flaçà.
The house has a capacity to accommodate 7 people, and has 3 bedrooms, two of them with double beds. It also has two large rooms, one of them we find a pool table and the other TV. A kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher and electronic devices such as microwave, ... The property also has a large terrace and a garden of about 800 square meters with swimming pool.
The river Ter is located at 500m, being an ideal place to walk.
