The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. "An initial issue trying to check in but eventually this got sorted. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stay. The kitchen equipment could have been better and there was nothing to wash the items up with. Only staying for two nights didn’t purchase washing up stuff. The shower head was also broken. But they had private family visits at the same time as having us and you are quasi in the same space. So there were no real privacy. We were kind of in the middle of another family. "We just spent a glorious 10 days at Casa Luca. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The grounds are exceptional, plenty of shade, especially around the pool which made the hot weather more manageable with small children. The pool is a highlight with the views of the mountains. It was warm at night inside the bedrooms but this is to be expected in August and we managed ok. Thanks Sigi for great communication and a wonderful stay. We would love to return one day!"
