Cà de Maòa: a dip in the sea

Excellent location to visit Portovenere, the Palmaria island, the 5 lands and all the characteristic villages of the gulf of poets. La Spezia train station is 10 minutes away by car. The bus stop is located in front of the entrance door of the building. In the same building there is a pharmacy; a few meters away there are also restaurants and pizzerias, post office, newsagent, grocers and bars. The apartment has just been totally renovated.
The apartment is located on the third floor without lift.

Great property

The place was fantastic, super clean, and Davide was very good at communicating and offering any help that was needed. It is a bit outside of the main city which is no ones fault but our own, but there is a bus stop right outside. Overall the property and the host was fantastic

Ravis de ce séjour

Nous avons passé trois jours très agréables dans l’appartement de Davide. C’est un appartement très propre, refait à neuf, il ne manque rien. Literie impeccable et chambre au calme. L’emplacement parfait pour visiter les Cinque Terre, le bus pour Portovenere ou la Spezia passe devant la porte de l’immeuble. Parking gratuit à deux pas, du 22 au 25 août nous avons pu nous y garer sans problème.

Idéal pour découvrir les Cinques Terres

Chaleureux accueil de Davide dans un appartement très propre, bien entretenu. De très bons conseils sur les restaurants, des bons plans pour le stationnement gratuit pour accéder ensuite à la gare des conseils également sur les visites à faire. Il nous a été autorisé à déposer nos bagages en fin de matinée ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la ville de la Spezia sans perte de temps. Merci Davide

Excellentes prestations !

Davide est un hôte disponible et attentif au bien être de ses locataires. Il est de bons conseils pour tous les côtés pratiques des vacances. L'appartement est très propre, neuf, calme, avec un balcon et une vue jardin côté chambre et cuisine. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir les cinque terre notamment. Nous en garderons de très bons souvenirs.

Deux pièces moderne, la Spezia

Ce deux pièces, très propre,moderne bien agencé est idéalement placé. L'appart situé au 3 ème étage n'est pas adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant,serviable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Come nelle fotografie

Le fotografie rispecchiano l'appartamento, che ho trovato pulito e ordinato. Nonostante si trovi sulla strada principale, la camera da letto si trova in un'ala silenziosa della casa. L' appartamento dispone anche di ventilatori che , nel periodo che ho soggiornato ( prima metà di luglio), non ho avuto bisogno di utilizzare. Sotto casa c'è la fermata dell'autobus che porta a La spezia e a Portovenere, la farmacia e a pochi metri di distanza ci sono il tabaccaio e un piccolo negozio di alimentari. Non c'è un parcheggio privato, ma sotto casa è facile trovare un posto auto libero. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e è a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione di tipo turistico.
