"I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable, the only thing letting the property down was the lift, it squeaked loudly every time somone used it, no matter what floor it was going to. This started at 4am this morning, 6am yesterday. Location was good. Room service was prompt, but limited to re-heated pots."

"Breakfast options were great. Location is great for access to highway and facility is clean and well managed"

"We had difficulty finding the property, but I think that was the fault of our GPS. It directed us to an area where we could not drive, and I had to find an underground parking and leave the car and walk. However, when I found it, it was on a street which was drivable. I had also chosen the wrong parking which was less convenient and farther away, not knowing that there was a parking directly below the hotel with a discounted rate. I just left the car where I had gone, as it was already parked, and I would have had to pay for entering anyway. Other than that, everything was just great. We loved the location, just steps away from the shopping center, multiple restaurants and just 10 min. from the cathedral, all right in the center of the city. I would definitely stay there again, especially now that I know I can park directly below the hotel."

"AC doesn’t operate for cool only heat. Hot room. No shower, just a hand held shower head in a small bath. No shower curtain. No water in room."

"Hotel looked much better on pictures. Rooms are in need of renovation, especially the doors and bathrooms. AC / clima system didn’t work properly, the room got very hot in the night and there was no possibly to cool down. The fan was only making a loud noise but there was no air actually coming out. Positive part was that the room was clean and water boiler and a Nespresso machine were available. "
