75-square-meter apartment at the foot of the slopes in Serre Chevalier

  • Located in the heart of the Serre-Chevalier Valley, we offer a 75-square-meter family apartment for rent for your holiday. It is on the ground floor of a small residence in Villeneuve-la-Salle, on Place de l’Aravet, just a few metres from the ski lifts.
    The layout is as follows:
    - spacious entryway
    - living room (tables – chairs – sofa – TV)
    - separate kitchen (refrigerator + freezer – oven – electric hob – dishwasher – kettle – drip coffee maker – raclette machine…)
    - bathroom (shower)
    - separate toilet
    - one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.
    - a dorm-style bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a sofa.
    - south-facing balcony
    - travel cot and high chair available.
    Although there are many sleeping accommodation, we do not rent to more than 6 people due to the water heater’s capacity.
    Garage behind the building.
    Rental of sheets and towels for the duration of your stay is available for an additional fee:
    Double bed: 18€.
    Single bed: 15€.
    Bath towels (1 large + 1 small): 10€.
    Bath mat: 2€.
    Kitchen towels provided.
    Flexible check-in/check-out times.
