SERRE CHEVALIER (1200-2830 metres)- Villeneuve La Salle (altitude 1400m)- 5th ski area in France, is located in the department of the Hautes Alpes, north of the Southern Alps, in the Oisans massif and the Ecrins National Park.
"The Serre Che effect" is as much winter as summer, with 250 km of slopes, all levels, from 1,200 to 2830 m, full of adventures and summer and winter activities, 13 authentic and warm villages, extreme sports and wide open spaces, total immersion... and 300 days of sunshine.
In front of and close to the ski slopes - in our Chalet "L'HYSOPE", recently built, we offer you, 2 apartments which have been classified 2* by the Departmental Tourism Committee:
- 001- Lautaret - 8/9 people with its independent access is composed of 4 rooms + mezzanine - equipped and comfortably furnished for 8 to 9 people maximum - It is composed of an entrance with cupboard-wardrobe - The living room/dining room and its south terrace, facing the mountain, with its equipped kitchen area* and the living room with a sofa - The 1st bedroom South - (bed 160) opening onto its balcony and, above, an attic mezzanine, with 3 beds in 0.80, and, illuminated by a "velux" - The 2nd bedroom West (1 bed in 160) - The 3rd bedroom South (2 beds, side by side in 80) opening onto the terrace - 2 sanitary facilities consisting of a bathroom (shower, sink) with WC. + a bathroom (bath, sink). A 2nd independent toilet with cupboard in which is located a washing machine - independent ski room on the passageway. Outdoor parking.
*The kitchen is equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, normal oven, microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartment. Washing machine.
- 002- ROCHEBRUNE, composed of 3 rooms. It is equipped and fitted out for a maximum of 5 people -
You access it by an independent entrance, which distributes to you, a hallway with the 1st bedroom - facing east - equipped with its 2 bunk beds and a bonnetière - The bathroom (bath and sink) naturally lit by a window, the separate toilets with cupboard in which the "washing machine + water heater" is located, a wardrobe cupboard - Next, you access the living room/dining room and its equipped kitchen area - All lit to the east by a window and to the south by its sliding bay window. A French window gives you access to the SOUTH terrace - The 2nd bedroom opening onto the south balcony by a French window - equipped with a 140 cm bed with 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe cupboard. An independent ski room. Private parking space.

- Regardless of the rental of these 2 apartments, you have the possibility, depending on availability, to ask us about the rental of a closed garage.
