The service was not good. It was confusing going back and forth to our room.
Some of the staff were not helpful. The breakfast could have been better. Lunches and dinner were fine.

Room was good.
Staff on the whole were good.
Buffet was very poor, food quality was ok, but the selection was limited.
Atmosphere at the hotel was quite dull.
Entertainment was terrible.
While being a decent all Inc hotel, it's one of the worst I've ever been to. Value for money was poor.
