30 minutes from La Rochelle, between Mer and Marais Poitevin we welcome you to a renovated rural gîte, ideal for spending a holiday in a peaceful and stress-free setting

70m² living space - 2 bedrooms - a living room with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people - fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine) - shower room - separate WC - large terrace and garden - parking
You also have a small outbuilding where there is a barbecue, outdoor toys for children and where you can leave a roof box if necessary and bicycles or other bulky items

Bakery, butcher and pharmacy are 2 steps from the rental and a shopping center 10 minutes.

Gîte confortable et calme

Nous avons été très bien aceuill par la maman de Marie Morgane, qui a été par la suite très disponible.La maison est propre et confortable avec tout le nécessaire.L'endroit est agréable et calme.

Tranquillité, confort et nature

Idéalement situé au coeur du marais poitevin, on est à proximité de multiples visites, barques et bons restaurants, sans oublier la mer !Merci pour l'accueil et nous espérons revenir !

Agréable séjour

Nous avons apprécié le calme et la proximité avec la nature et notre fille a aimé la présence des animaux. Excellent point de chute pour visiter la Rochelle, l'île de ré, le marais poitevin, le Puy du fou... Propriétaire accueillante, logement propre et fonctionnel, nous recommandons cette location !

Au plus proche de la nature.

Très bon acceuil, le jardin, le toboggans la piscine, les animaux ont ravi notre petite fille et nous aussi. La maison est sympa, il y a tout le nécessaire pour de bonnes vacances .Surtout ne partez pas sans avoir goûté les confitures maison, un régal. Et encore merci à la propriétaire pour la visite des animaux avec Lucie, elle a adoré.

Propriété conforme à l’annonce, je trouve dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de draps , pas de torchons , pas de savon , et que l’on nous demande 10€ par jour pour un petit chien de 1kg , pour ma part je ne reviendrai pas à cette endroit

Gite très bien situé pour découvrir le marais poitevin . Nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine avec nos petits enfants qui ont beaucoup apprécié la compagnie des poules , chèvres , chevaux .la propriétaire du gîte a été aux petits soins tt au long du séjour et a même permis aux enfants de donner à manger aux animaux !!! allez y sans crainte !!

Endroit charmant idéal avec jeunes enfants

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos deux jeunes enfants(3/4ans). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil des propriétaires logeant à côté, le jardin avec terrasse et jeux pour enfants, les animaux autour et la piscine. Logement situé à 10 min en vélo du départ de balades sur les bords de la Sèvre et de ses canaux. Encore merci pour ce séjour

1 semaine au vert dans un super gîte

Nous vous recommandons vivement ce gîte. Nous avons passé 1 semaine de vacance au calme. La personne qui s'en occupe est très accueillante et fait le maximum pour que votre séjour se passe bien. Le gîte est chaleureux avec tout ce qu'il faut, rien à redire. La terrasse est là pour profiter du soleil, du calme de la nature... et des animaux (poules, chevaux, biquette et bouc...) Il y a une boulangerie et un boucher qui fait également épicerie à moins de 5 min à pied. Beaucoup de chose à visiter dans les alentours dans un rayon de 30 minutes en voiture (le marais Poitevin, zoo, parc ornithologique, abbaye...)

Gîte parfait pour se ressourcer

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable dans cette maison où rien ne manque. Hôtesse très sympathique. Nous y retournerons sans problème. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Je vous recommande vivement ce gîte. Séjour de deux semaines très agréable... à la campagne... au calme... avec comme voisins : un âne, des chevaux et poneys. Gîte plein de charme et contenant tout le confort nécessaire afin de passer un bon séjour. Nombreuses activités aux environs... impossible de s'ennuyer. De plus, le propriétaire est très accueillant.
