"My friends and I had an amazing stay at this lovely house. Especially the outdoor area was beautiful and the pool was great! The house is just a 10 minute drive from a lovely town and shops for groceries. The hosts even organised for us to go horse-riding at their horse riding school which was a great experience. Overall, we loved our stay and had the great time. Eloïse and her father were a great help when we needed it and they were such lovely people!"

"Pour un week-end entre amis, le gîte convenait bien car les couples/familles étaient isolés dans chaque logement pour dormir au calme. La pièce commune est isolée à l'extérieur. Il faut sortir pour rejoindre l'espace commun. Les lieux sont en bon état, le ménage aurait pu être un peu plus poussé selon nous mais ça dépend de chacun ! Les hôtes ont été disponibles et très serviables en cas de besoin pendant le week-end."

"Our group (2 couples and 1 teenager) enjoyed 3 days near Tours while staying at this spacious apartment. We spent 1 day kayaking and 1 day visiting Tours. You'll need a car to access this property, however, there is a grocery store and bakery for morning breakfast near-by (~10 minutes by car). The friendly host lives adjacent, so check-in was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!!"

"We rented a mobile home at this campground. It was practically brand new with everything in excellent condition. Despite being close to the city of Tours, the campground was in a quiet setting (during the day!) and easy to get in and out. The weird part started during our check-in process. We were presented with a long list of everything that was in the mobile home and basically had to sign off that it was indeed there and in specified quantities (six forks, six knives, etc.). "My family and I had a wonderful time at this clean and comfortable house. There was everything we needed with many thoughtful touches. The house and property have a lot of history, and the hosts were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous and the surrounding area has lots to see and do. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone, and will try to come back again to stay!"

"This is a lovely rustic country house on an acreage minutes away from Amboise. The hostess Marie-Josephe is a lovely woman who is very generous with her produce from her garden and fruit trees. Her free range chickens are entertaining and the eggs are delicious! We would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, out of the way location, yet within minutes to Amboise, the Chateau, restaurants, and vineyards!"

"This is a very classily converted old property with spacious rooms and flexible outdoor areas, beautifully planted. Lovely comfortable beds. The skies are incredibly dark for star-gazing, there is a lovely park in the grounds of the local chateau and although there is no bar in the village there is a good bread shop and a very nice restaurant (La Croix Verte). Amboise is only 5 mins drive away. We were there for the phenomenal Bastille Day fireworks."
