Il est au 2ème étage, en duplex et se compose d'un séjour donnant sur un balcon orienté sud avec dans la pièce à vivre un canapé, un coin cuisine équipée, un wc indépendant et à l'étage (pas chinois), deux chambres avec un lit deux places dans chacune d'elle, un accès au 2ème balcon orienté sud par l'une des chambres, une salle d'eau. Venez profiter du soleil autour de la piscine !!
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Résidence sécurisée, avec piscine Juillet/Août sous réserve des conditions climatiques et sanitaires, proche du port de plaisance, parking en sous sol, double balcons, appartement refait en 2016. Rideaux occultant pour plus d'intimité. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Appartement propre

L'emplacement dans parking souterrain est un plus non négligeable. Accès par ascenseur depuis le parking bien pratique. Bon accueil de l'équipe FONCIA Je regrette de n'avoir pas pu accéder à la piscine privée alors que l'accès devait être autorisé selon l'annonce ! Le badge et la clé ne permettaient pas d'entrer dans cet espace sécurisé or l'annonce précise "venez profiter du soleil autour de la piscine"
