"The online check in made it easier and the cabin was nice. The no tv made it nicer and the surrounding area definitely worth it and he scenery and so close to Olympic national park for the outdoors and fresh air and getaway."

"First of all, I was under the impression that I booked a cabin. Expedia had a video under my category that clearly showed this. When we arrived, we were told we were in the hotel. All in all, the room looked like it was suppose to & was very comfortable. But had my husband not spoke up and changed to upper floor, our view we were supposed to have would have been drastically different. The front office staff ( young girl) was not helpful at all. As a matter of fact, unwilling to do anything but charge us full price if we wanted to upgrade to a cabin...bc we went with Expedia. Then failed to give us any information on the place.. restaurant, Wi-Fi, etc. I had to go back in and ask. Our room still had the previous guests garbage in it, and coffee not replenished. Again, we had to go get it ourselves and take garbage out. So definitely lacking in areas of customer service. However, the view you get and ability to walk straight out the door to the back & be on the beach was spectacular. They have a gem for the area for sure."

"Seems to be a newly renovated property. Our suite was on the second floor. It was easy to access from the parking lot. The suite was super clean and spacious. We loved the hard wood floors, the clean kitchen that had all of the essentials, the large bedroom and living room. The views from the suite were fantastic - it was all greenery. We really enjoyed the private serene nature of the suite. The young lady at the front desk when we checked is was super nice and helpful. I wish there was a closet to hang up coats. I wish there was a chair at the desk, or other places to sit other than the sofa bed. I wish the bedroom had a dresser or a place to put a suit case. The balcony had only one chair. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The young lady at the front desk when we checked is was super nice and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would choose this property again, if we were visiting the area. Highly recommend!"

"The cabin, as described, is perfectly tucked away in/near the Hoh Rainforest. The home was immaculately clean, and had anything you could ever imagine needing. The little notes throughout the cabin showed that the owner, Kamala, cares about her guest's stay. The outdoor is set up as a magical escape--from the gazebo, firepit, outdoor shower, and the enchanted trail out the back door. Kamala was perfectly communicative on questions we had; she even came out in the rain to open the gate for us upon our arrival; and we had a lovely chat on our departure day. She enjoys hosting and loves sharing her home."

"I was pleasantly surprised at this location. The town is very small, and there is not much there. But this hotel is definitely a bright spot. Updated, clean & comfortable. There were even laundry facilities available. My only complaint is that there was no elevator and, after a long day of hiking, my bags felt very heavy going up the stairs. But I would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity."

"Very cozy and clean! Located in a very good location for what we wanted and easy to get to. The full kitchen was so amazing and had almost everything. Only wish it had a couple ice cube trays in the freezer. Bed was so comfy!"

"The Chalet was clean, corky and fun. Beds where comfortable. It was a great place to stay the night before heading into the HOH for a backpacking trip. Diane sent a message to update me on the bridge closure which was just a really nice touch"
