"We had to travel for a funeral and bring our fur baby. This was one of only two hotels in the area that allows pets. The area for pets was marked and the area around the hotel has lots of grass and a beautiful pond. The room was spacious, and the bed was great, but the staff was amazing! "No amenities included as listed when i booked the hotel. They are going through a “re-branding” and nothing was available. Hardly any food out for breakfast and was out, looked old. Restaurant/bar was only open 1 night during our entire stay there. Spa closed. No AC on in the hotel- elevators and hallways ridiculously hot. Dead bug on floor in our bathroom. Horrible stay. Would like a refund and it was NOT as advertised! Would have much preferred to stay at the Travelodge next door! "
