Location superficielle

Maison non reposante et fatiguante d une part pour la route très bruyante et qu elle soit à l étage. Matelas trop dur et fauteuil non confortable. Utilisation de la terrasse pas possible puisque vu sur la terrasse du rez de chaussée ( maison en deux parties).

Bonjour un lave linge et préférable à un lave vaisselle et difficile de faire un barbecue .

Appartements sympa manque lave linge si on reste 2 semaines et pour le barbecue il faut le sceller correctement car quand il chauffe à mon avis c’est dangereux car j’ai préféré ne pas en faire pour ma sécurité et pour les allées et retour qu’il faut faire pour descendre les couverts les boissons et autres bref bien pour des jeunes et je ne parle pas des poubelles il faut les mettre 300m plus loins car on est pas prioritaire c’est les gens du bas qui on la poubelle car 1 maison 2 location c’est rentable donc les impôts merci sur ce ce qui veulent louer pas chère c’est pour vous mais réfléchissais bien avant car les contraintes sont multiples et cachées

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une jolie maison. Proche de la mer et des commerces. Un petit point faible les escaliers, il faudrait rajouter des protections en caoutchouc sur les marches. Bien cordialement

Petit mais fonctionnel

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce logement qui se trouve à l'étage sans souci majeur. Aucun souci avec le locataire du dessous. La plage n'est pas vraiment proche à pied avec des petits enfants donc nous y allions en voiture et on pouvait se garer à 2 pas. Il n'y a pas de commerce proche à pied comme une boulangerie, il faut aller en voiture jusque Tharon plage. Il y a quand même un Intermarché et un Leclerc pas trop loin. La plage est très agréable et peu envahie mais c'est sans doute à cause du COVID. L'emplacement de parking est pratique mis à part la végétation envahissante. Le jardin clôturé est minimaliste. On m'a dit que le jardinier passerait pendant le séjour mais je n'ai pas vu la différence, il manque d'entretien. Il y a pas mal d'activités à faire dans la région. La télévision par TNT fonctionne mal et il n'y a pas de wifi. Par contre le signal 4g est suffisant. Salle de bains et cuisine fonctionnent sans problème. Le rapport qualité prix est correct pour moi.

Concernant le logement les radiateurs sur roulettes à bain d huile n est pas l idéal notamment pour la facture de chauffage à la fin du séjour et si vous avez un gros chien il faudra porter votre animal car l escalier est en métal et trop raid la galère,! Sinon le logement reste cosi

très bon séjour dans cet appartement . très bien agencé et pratique d'entretien , surtout la douche deux bémols : pas de machine a laver le linge et il manque des tapis de mousse sur les escaliers proche de tout commerce et de l 'océan , nous avons passé 15 jours formidables merci a vous et a Marie qui nous accueille parfaitement bien

Très bon week-end !

L'appartement est parfait, bien équipé, propre. Bonne situation, proche de la mer. Seul petit bémol, le balcon où nous avons voulu prendre notre petit déj donne sur la route et c'est un peu bruyant. Mais il est toujours possible de descendre dans le jardin à l'arrière de la maison ;-)
