Detailed description:
The 7 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed according to the configuration of the group. The upstairs bedroom also has 2 single beds in addition.
All bedrooms have their own shower room with WC, except 2 which share a bathroom with bath and WC. Each bedroom has a smart TV.
The living room has an incredible bay window with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. It is composed of several spaces:
- Large table suitable for 15 people.
- Living room with smart TV, 3 sofas and 2 large poufs
- Central island for cooking or meeting for an aperitif.
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, induction hob, 2 coffee machines (filter + NESPRESSO), 2 raclette machines, 2 fondue machines, blender, juicer...
This room gives access to the large terrace, with its 2 picnic tables, a SAUNA and a JACUZZI with a view of Mont Blanc, sun lounger area. Ideal for recharging your batteries!
You will also appreciate the games room with its billiards and table football, the TV area, a library corner with comics and other books available, as well as board games...
The chalet has a large functional entrance, with electric boot dryer. The ski locker is located just outside the chalet.
A pantry with 2nd fridge & freezer and a washing machine / dryer is also available on the ground floor.
 
Access:
The chalet is accessible by car in all seasons. It is easy to park in front of or at the back of the chalet, or in the access cul-de-sac.
Shops:
The centre of Les Coches is 5 minutes away on foot (or 1 on skis, or 3 by car): supermarket, bakery, cheese shop, caterer, sports shops (ski or bike rental), 4 restaurants, 1 bar / pub, souvenir shop, press...
The nursery and kindergarten are located in the centre of the resort, which is also easy to reach.
The village of Montchavin, with its typical architecture, is nearby, with many shops and entertainment.
Activities:
In winter, you can access the ski slope directly from the chalet. This is the strong point of this chalet, really at the foot of the slopes of a very large ski area. The meeting point for ski lessons is in the immediate vicinity.
There is also an ice rink at the top of the resort: practical at the end of the day or in bad weather! The Rosuel Nordic centre in Peisey Vallandry is a 30-minute drive away: an opportunity to discover this timeless natural area, and to practice cross-country skiing or to learn biathlon.
The nearby village of Montchavin has a swimming pool and a wellness area "Espace PARADISIO". There is also a cinema in Montchavin, as well as in the valley at Bourg St Maurice.
In summer, in addition to the traditional hikes and discovery of the surrounding villages, you can practice cycling, downhill mountain biking with the help of the ski lifts, or electrically assisted mountain biking. There are also 2 TENNIS courts with free access in the resort. Entertainment programmes every day (tournaments, games,... ). Tree climbing. Electric scooters. The Isère is very close in the valley: the opportunity to discover rafting or hydrospeed. You can also easily organise climbing, via ferrata or canyoning nearby.
Sheets and household linen:
In high season (from Christmas to the end of March), the price includes the supply of household linen, with the beds made on your arrival (duvet). All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your holidays!
Outside the high season, you have the choice to bring your own bed linen and towels, or to subscribe to a rental service at an additional cost.
