Chalet located in the heart of the resort and with 2 gites + 1 restaurant on the ground floor. Apartment on the 2nd floor: living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms (2 modular single beds / 1 double bed) including 1 exterior bedroom on the landing with private bathroom (shower and WC) . Bathroom (shower), separate WC. 2 balconies, common ground at 50m. Ski Montchavin Paradiski 100m. Nautical center 200m. Accepted 1 animal only. Charming stylish chalet at the foot of the slopes in the heart of the pedestrian area of the resort-village. Mountain atmosphere with sloping ceilings. Double balcony, one well exposed. Beautiful view of the slopes and the massif. Pleasant common ground with children's games. All shops and services on site. Ultra privileged location at the foot of the slopes in the heart of the village resort of Montchavin-les Coches (connected to the vast Paradiski area, one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). Ideally located for hiking and cycling in the summer on different massifs (Vanoise, Haute-Tarentaise and Italian border, Beaufortain, etc.). On the famous GR5 route. Many sporting and recreational activities on site in all seasons. All shops on site. Ideal for children!
