Miscommunication of the available parking areas in case the main ones are full. They need a better map with street names or something that can be referenced by Googlemaps. Small room sizes and noisy cause you’re in the centre of everything.

This resort is top notch and the exact relaxing experience I was hoping for. My husband and I spent part of our honeymoon here. The five nights we stayed were superb and I could not have asked for a better room. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities I needed and some I didn’t realize I would love, particularly the bath tub and having light switches that control the whole room lights by the bed. Our first night we got tapas at the resort restaurant and they were amazing. Every breakfast was absolutely wonderful. I’d say dinners beyond our first night were fine I wasn’t overly impressed with the resort restaurant when we had our second meal there. I had the shrimp linguini and my husband had one of the salads it was good but didn’t blow my mind. La Scala and Rubyana were great nearby restaurants that we also tried. I think this is a wonderful place to stay if you want to relax and spend your days alternating pools and beach loungers. My only complaint which I don’t think is a very fair complaint is I felt like it was difficult to get a drink while lounging by the pool. The adult only pool was supposed to have a bar but it was only open the one day we were there (Sunday?) the other five days it wasn’t open and so you have to go over to the garden bar which isn’t that far but when you’re on a nice vacation and spending the amount of money you spend at a resort it would be nice if there was easier access to drinks but I might just be American.

Place was clean and staff was hospitable. I would stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, love the design and rooftop. Bed is small, service is great. Will definitely stay here again.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues with the room which were rectified reasonably quickly. Breakfast was okay. They do serve fried or scrambled eggs but this isn’t made apparent for some reason!
