The property is conveniently located, and within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants, breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with tours, and just rentals for bicycles in Malecón is beautiful it is full of life and families. The hotel is in a great location, but could use a few upgrades. A refrigerator in the room would be nice as well as a safe other than that I would definitely revisit this property.

Staff was very attentive. View from third floor sea side was amazing. Across the street was a fabulous walkway against the beach, easy access to beach area. Only thing is the street is noisy and up until early morning

A very beautiful spot right on the Malecon. Staff was excellent and helpful with a boat excursion to Balandra beach.

The bar/restaurant at the top was the best. That sold it for us. Great view, good food, friendly staff. Perfect setting for getting together with friends. You have the view and enjoyment of the Malecon without being down in the crowd

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seven Crown Malecon. The location is spectacular! The hotel itself is not fancy, but it's extremely clean and well situated for dining, walking, biking and sightseeing. Be sure to book a room on the water! The views are amazing! We will be back!

This was a very nice place to stay. They are doing some remodeling which looks great so far. The room was a decent size, the staff were really amazing and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is being refurbished but for the better. It has a fifth floor restaurant bar which has a great view of the harbour sea and sunset. Disappointing waiting staff as they are busy on their phones or watching TV. Front office staff friendly and helpful - large double bed - no fridge in the room. Plenty of restaurant and bars in the area - opposite the waterfront - beach area circa 0.5 miles down the road

Great location for this hotel on the Malecon in La Paz. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this spot didn’t quite meet my expectations, although I should have lowered them a bit, given the great rate. There’s no valet option to park when you arrive and the parkade under the hotel is super tight, with pillars all around. The room was very small, the bathroom super tiny, we only had 3 towels, and the walls are paper thin. The rooftop restaurant is the best thing about this hotel.

All was very good at the hotel, especially the location on the Malecon and the wonderful rooftop bar/restaurant. What a lovely place to watch the sunset, either from inside or on a table outside. Quiet bay with picturesque boats just feet from many eating establishments.

Property was ok. Street noise and some construction on the property going on. Convenient location and nice restaurant on top floor. Staff was very nice but maids never made it to our room until we were back in afternoon so only exchanged towels and gave them our trash. Did not have them clean. Ate breakfast at restaurant on top, views were outstanding from the restaurant and food was good and price reasonable. The Melecon traffic was very noisy with cars blasting their music and could hear traffic all night. The light on balcony stays on all night.

Great location to everything the city has to offer! Amazing View of the bay! The rooms are very clean and spacious! Restaurant and bar attached! This hotel even has hot water!! A lot of hotels in La paz lack hot water The staff is all very helpful, Faine at check in was awesome!

Everything was great, only thing we just experienced a hurricane and cyclone yesterday and all night. The properties emergency generator only functioned periodically most of the time no water or electricity. Kitchen was closed and they had no emergency food available, my wife I have a 7yo daughter and she had to go without food for a long time. Other than that it was nice the first 2 days.

Perfect Stay!
The room was very clean and spacious, had a feeling of luxury. Very quiet and had a view of the Maleocon. AC worked great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Cesar was very helpful when our tour to Espiritu island was cancelled due to not enough people. He booked us right away with their trusted group Alonso Tours and we were able to go the next morning as scheduled. The bellhop was very helpful with the luggage and parking on the side of the building. The restaurant upstairs has a delicious breakfast and better view. We had a great stay. I highly recommend.
