"Made the reservation though Expedia and asked for an airport transfer. The hotel never responded though the Expedia messaging system but did answer my phone call and were very communicative through WhatsApp. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are very large with loads of closet space. My room had a great view of the mountains! This is an older hotel, so the AC was a bit louder than it would have been had the equipment been new. I thought about asking them to look into it but didn't....
